Larry is a transformational management consultant and leadership expert, who brings a unique combination of strategic thinking and results-focused coaching to his clients, large or small. His expertise lies in an ability to enable businesses and individuals to identify and clarify goals that are both challenging and exciting for them and their teams.

After recieving his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, Larry began his career as a banker. After completing Texas Commerce Bank’s executive training program, he worked in real estate credit. He also was an officer with Texas American Bank and Pacific Southwest Bank. Larry elected the vice president of a privately held management consulting firm. He ran both the Houston and London offices, coordinating business from the top-down, developing new business and providing consulting to senior executives. In addition, his leadership was key in fostering many other consultants through internal training, development and mentoring programs. Larry has led large-scale international growth and performance initiatives for global 1000 organizations in Europe, Latin America and North America. He was also instrumental in bringing breakthrough business programs to small companies and entrepreneurs, where he encouraged and nurtured new talent.

In his free time you can find Larry sipping a glass of wine with his beautiful wife in the Bayou City, laughing and chatting with his kids who are across the pond in London, and rooting on his alma mater in college football.
